The only personal data we collect is your email address — and only if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter. We use your email to send you new articles and occasional editorial notes. Nothing else.

Hushbasket does not use tracking cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party analytics service. We do not track your behaviour across pages, sessions, or sites.
How we use your email
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send you:
- New articles when they are published
- Occasional editorial notes from our team
We do not send promotional emails on behalf of third parties. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Data sharing and third parties
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes.
Data retention
We retain your email address for as long as you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we remove your email from our active list. If you request deletion, we honour that within 30 days.
